What You’ll Do
- Consult and collaborate with hiring managers to define roles, timelines, and success profiles.
- Screen and interview to assess skills, culture fit, and career goals.
- Manage the process from scheduling and offers to onboarding.
- Enhance candidate and client experience through clear, consistent communication. Track and report hiring metrics to improve results.
- 2+ year of full cycle recruiting experience
- Ability to source passive candidates and build pipelines.
- Strong interviewing and communication skills.
- Experience with ATS and recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.).
- Must be able to work independently and have excellent time management skills
- Must be based in El Paso, TX.
