Customer Service Agent – U65 Health Insurance

Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

They are known for delivering personalized service, expert guidance, and cost-effective coverage solutions to their customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls
- Assist clients with policy inquiries, plan explanations, and coverage options
- Process applications and update client information accurately
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer records in the CRM
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless service
- Deliver exceptional service while meeting daily performance goals
Requirements:
- Prior customer service or call center experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of health insurance products (U65 plans) is a plus
- Ability to learn quickly and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- High school diploma or equivalent
