Position Summary: As an Entry-Level Customer Service Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for our clients prospective customers, providing outstanding service and support. Your role will involve handling sales presentations, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring a positive experience for each customer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales presentations and customer outreach
- Customer engagement
- Identify the needs of customers and provide solutions that best meet their needs
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our clients services and promotions available to qualified customers
- Record and track customer interactions and transactions in our system.
- Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve service delivery and product offerings.
- Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or relevant certification is a plus but not required.
- Previous customer service experience is beneficial but not required; we offer training for the right candidate.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively.

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:
- This is an in-person role based out of Santa Maria, CA
- This is a full time position (Monday-Friday with some Saturdays)
- This position will start immediately upon acceptance of a job offer

Pay: $800.00 - $1,800.00 per week
