We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Sales Associate to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met effectively and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and sales skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences in a spa environment.
Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, booking appointments, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) systems (Shopify & Square) accurately, handling transactions and maintaining protocols.
- Assist with inventory and stocking products on the sales floor to ensure an organized, esthetically pleasing shopping experience.
- Educate customers about product features and benefits, and promote upselling opportunities for memberships.
- Maintain phone etiquette while answering customer calls and providing information or assistance as needed.
- Collaborate with aesthetician team members to enhance the overall experience for customers.
Experience
- Previous experience working in a spa is preferred with knowledge of the aesthetics industry.
- Familiarity with front desk duties and experience with customer service is essential.
- Previous experience in inventory tracking and product stocking.
- Strong communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with customers and team members.
- A background in membership sales or product & service upselling techniques will be advantageous.
