What You’ll Do as a Customer Service and Sales Representative:
- Engage residential customers directly in person to introduce telecom offerings and understand their needs.
- Present tailored solutions, bundled packages, upgrades, or new services, in a consultative and trust-building manner.
- Seamlessly manage the full sales cycle, from introductions and proposals to closing and follow‑up.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and outcomes using CRM and reporting tools.
- Capture and relay critical feedback and market insights to the Customer Service and Sales Representatives team and management.
- Represent our telecom clients professionally, building relationships based on transparency and credibility.
Customer Service and Sales Representative Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in customer-facing roles or sales preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Positive, empathetic, and solutions-oriented attitude, grounded in customer-first thinking.
- Reliable transportation essential for in‑person engagements across territories.
- Must be 18 years of age and authorized to work in the US
