Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team in Amazon Sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our Amazon customers, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, with professionalism and courtesy.
- Track orders and deliveries
- Handle product damage claims
- Assist in product demonstrations and upselling techniques to enhance customer experience.
- Maintain knowledge of products and services to effectively communicate features and benefits.
- Contact customers for reviews on their purchase.
- Utilize retail math skills to assist customers with pricing inquiries and product availability.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a retail environment.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse customers.
- Strong sales skills with an aptitude for upselling products and services.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers clearly.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution in customer interactions.
