Skills
- Proficient in outbound calling techniques and customer support strategies.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Experience in client services or call center environments is highly desirable.
- Ability to engage customers effectively while demonstrating patience and empathy.
