Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time

At Rainforest Car Wash, Lube & Auto Care, we’re looking for dependable, energetic, and hands-on Customer Service Attendants (CSAs) to join our team on both the Car Wash and Lube Center sides. If you’re great with people, work well with your hands, and thrive in fast-paced environments—we want to meet you!
Car Wash CSA – Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and make them feel welcome
- Guide vehicles safely into the wash tunnel
- Stay hands-on with prepping vehicles and handling wash equipment
- Answer questions and promote wash packages/memberships
- Keep the work area clean and organized
- Work outdoors in all types of weather
Lube Center CSA – Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service at check-in and checkout
- Assist with basic vehicle services (fluids, tire pressure, filters, etc.)
- Stay hands-on and support technicians during maintenance
- Keep service bays clean, efficient, and safe
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
Requirements:
- Must speak and understand English fluently
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Excellent with customers – friendly, respectful, and professional
- Willing to be hands-on and physically active
- Punctual, reliable, and ready to be part of a great team
- No experience necessary – we provide training!
