As we continue to grow our client base, we are seeking new Customer Service Associates to join our dynamic team! As a Customer Service Associate with Tri State Promotions, you will be responsible for participating in the day-to-day supervision of accounts while learning foundational skills in sales, client relations, customer service, and leadership. This entry level position is ideal for anyone eager to develop a foundation in a customer-facing industry with opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities of a Customer Service Associate:
- Meet with customers face to face to assess their needs, recommend solutions, and oversee their account on a regular basis to ensure long term satisfaction
- Facilitate communication between customers, clients, and the company to ensure all steps of the enrollment process are streamlined and efficient for the customer
- Serve as the initial point of in person contact for all customers seeking sales support, customer service solutions, technical support, and upgrade options
- Maintain discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive customer information to ensure all sales transactions meet legal privacy requirements
- Shadow senior Account Managers to learn and improve your skills in account management, sales, and customer service from experienced leaders in the field
Qualifications of a Customer Service Associate:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferred
- 1+ years experience in a customer-facing role such as sales, customer service, or account management, preferred
- Self motivated, proactive professionals with a passion for working closely with others
- Highly organized individuals able to juggle multiple accounts successfully
