## Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for video games and providing exceptional customer service. This role involves assisting customers with their inquiries, processing sales transactions/trades, maintaining the store floor, and processing and maintaining stock.
## Duties
- Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs
- Process sales transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems
-Process Trade Ins on internal system
- Maintain organized stock levels on the sales floor
- Provide technical sales support to customers when needed
- Sell products by explaining features and benefits to customers
- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
## Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- Previous experience in retail or video games sales is preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively
- Organizational skills
- Knowledge of POS systems is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 24 per week
Work Location: In person
