Responsibilities

- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Uphold professional phone etiquette while communicating with clients.
- Support multilingual customers by providing assistance in their preferred language when applicable.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English; additional multilingual skills are a plus.
- Previous experience in customer support or client services is preferred.
- Familiarity with office environments and call center operations is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
