FRAMECAD is seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Service Coordinator to join our team.

About the role
A core component our ambition is our ability to co-ordinate the fulfilment of systems, parts and software orders to ensure their successful delivery to our customers. In addition, we want to provide world-class customer support, and proactively ensure our customers get the maximum value from their FRAMECAD products.
What you will be doing
The Customer Service Coordinator role requires a customer-centric approach, focused on delivering excellent, efficient and timely service to our customers. This role is a great fit for someone who can work in a team and collaborate to deliver the best results for FRAMECAD and our customers.
Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of relevant Fulfilment/Customer Service experience in Industrial Equipment or B2B Software.
- SAP Sales Ordering and Invoicing modules.
- Experience in ServiceMax advantageous
- Commercial knowledge and skills
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Demonstrate an ability to work with customer through multiple mediums and channels.
- Understanding of common Customer Support processes, systems, and SLA’s
- Excellent commercial written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
- Able to build constructive working relationships with staff and customers at all levels.
- Maintains a professional and positive approach.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
- Attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft.
