Now Hiring: Customer Service Coordinator
St. Paul, MN | Full-Time | Monday-Friday (Potential evening/weekend on call)
St. Croix Linen is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our growing Hotel Division! This role supports our Hotel Service Manager and delivery team by ensuring customers receive the exceptional service we're known for. You’ll be coordinating logistics, assisting drivers, and managing customer needs across phone, text, and email.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the go-to contact for hotel customers
- Coordinate linen deliveries and respond to service issues
- Support route logistics and driver communications
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Help resolve issues quickly and professionally
What You’ll Need:
- 2+ years of customer service or logistics experience
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and logistics tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work Monday - Friday
