Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner.
- Process transactions, including cash handling and payment processing.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and improve service processes.
- Utilize computerized systems to track customer interactions and manage client services effectively.
- Promote additional products or services through effective sales techniques when appropriate.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or client services is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Proficiency in using computerized systems for data entry and record keeping.
- Bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in Spanish, are highly desirable.
- Experience with outbound calling is a plus.
- A positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure are key attributes for success in this role.
