- Respond in a timely and professional manner to internal and external customer e-mails, inquiries, and concerns.
- Demonstrated time-management skills and the ability to prioritize the workflow of a multi-customer desk.
- Track customers’ containers and create ASN’s for inbound inventory and verify receipt for accuracy.
- Daily monitoring of all systems activity related to customer orders and shipments.
- Maintain an active line of communication with warehouse leads for a smooth and efficient workflow
- Navigate through warehouse management systems to effectively problem solve issues related to customers’ orders and inventory inquiries.
- Prepare and distribute required customer reports on open orders and short orders.
- Update customer profile information and SOPs for all accounts.
- Process orders; generate pick tickets, receipts, shipping documents, and billing invoices; and complete other related tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
