A well-established and rapidly growing septic pump and repair company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. We are looking for motivated individuals who are ready to take their careers to the next level!

- Receive and process service requests by phone (primarily), fax or email.
- Prepare routing information, schedule appointments with dispatchers.
- Prepare any follow-up to ensure appointments can be made by the specified dates required.
- Adjust or cancel bookings as requested.
- Access or update customer's records for individual accounts.
- 1+ years customer service experience.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook
- Ability to learn booking and dispatching software. Service Titan a plus.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work and meet deadlines. Multi-tasking!!
- Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous, helpful).
