Greet and assist customers with a warm, positive attitude
Handle in-person and phone inquiries
Take orders accurately and ensure smooth service
Manage customer concerns with patience and professionalism
Work closely with the team to maintain our boutique café experience

Strong communication and people skills
Customer-first mindset with problem-solving ability
Basic computer/POS skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Previous customer service or café/restaurant experience is a plus
