Objective: The Customer Service Representative (CSR) works with clients who have complaints, orders, or require information about products purchased from the organization. The CSR helps to provide solutions that fit individualized situations and prioritize the customers’ needs at each step of the process.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor all orders for accuracy
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Adjust and fix all incorrect orders
- Assist salespeople with checkout process (taking payments)
- Take and disperse incoming sales calls
- Direct any customer dissatisfaction calls to the proper person
- Handle PayPal and credit card payment transactions, etc.
- Assist with online shopping issues from eBay and Amazon
- Must be able to communicate with salespeople
- Follow up and prospect at times with customers
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma
- Computer proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Internet)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
- Ability to multitask
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
