Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and web contact inquiries
- Upsell products or services to customers based on their needs
- Provide friendly and patient customer interactions to ensure their satisfaction
- Perform some data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Prior experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Strong multitasking abilities to handle multiple inquiries simultaneously
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
