Beach Bum Tanning is the leader in the Tanning & Spa Industry with a fast-growing chain in New York, New Jersey, CT, Virginia, and West Virginia. Over 50 locations with 30+ years’ experience.
Job Description:
The Office Administrator will be responsible for supporting all departments with day-to-day operations. We are looking for a high energy, outgoing, positive person to represent our brand and provide our clients with exceptional customer service. We are seeking an individual with excellent organization skills and the ability to multitask. You will oversee all in-house and outsourced services, as well as managing the facilities planning, HR functions, secretarial services, reception and conference planning, outsourced mail, messengers, and management. Also working at the call center, taking calls that get filtered to the center from the Beach Bum locations to help the stores run smoother.
The Responsibilities:
Overview, but not limited to:
Following and competency of company policies
Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries
Checking in shipments
Fulfill Shopping Cart orders
Complete inventory of necessary stock in corporate office
New hire postings
Completion of phone interviews
Help inquires
Instagram posts and inquiries
Miscellaneous secretarial items
Yelp and Google reviews
Qualifications:
High school diploma, or equivalent.
1+ years in administrative role (preferred)
Experience in sales is a plus
Knowledge of MS Office
Must be at least 18 years of age
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
