Customer Service Representative, (CSR): Great Plains Auto Body in Council Bluffs is seeking a Customer Service/Sales Representative (CSR) who will take the lead in caring for customers as we return their life to normal following an accident. If you can help turn the unpleasant unexpected experience of an accident, into a positive one, creating a loyal customer, we have a home for you on our team.
Candidates must possess: a history of extraordinary customer care and service, working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, managing a variety of complex scenarios. Excellent communication and telephone skills to keep customers informed throughout the process, based on their unique requirements. Attention to detail with flawless follow through that delivers results. This position is Monday - Friday. You must have a valid license.
