We’re a locally owned, family-run dry cleaners looking for a friendly and reliable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. If you enjoy working with people and want to be part of a supportive, community-focused business — we’d love to meet you!
This position offers flexible scheduling, which is perfect for students, parents, or anyone needing work-life balance.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist with drop-off and pick-up orders
Handle transactions using a POS system
Tag and organize garments for cleaning
Answer phone calls and provide helpful information
Keep the front area clean and organized
Ensure a smooth and pleasant customer experience
Qualifications:
Friendly, positive attitude and good communication skills
Dependable and detail-oriented
Comfortable standing and moving during shifts
Able to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs
Previous customer service experience is a plus (but not required)
