**Looking to fill a Spanish speaking, full time shift for our late morning/afternoon to start at 10:15am - 7pm (with an hour lunch break). Must be good at multi-tasking, have computer literacy, and following directions. Rotation on Saturdays - Must work at least one Saturday per month (8am - 2pm).**
Primary function : keeping all clients and callers happy!
1. Assist with client needs to include phone calls, scheduling patients, following up with clients and case managers
2. Utilizing computer applications to document client needs, scheduling patients
3. Assist with referrals
4. Assist with patient and client complaints and go above and beyond to come up with viable, positive solutions
5. Send status report emails (PSRs)
6. Complete affidavits/records, subpoenas and invoicing
7. Upload MRI and referral requests, reports, and LOPs
8. Other duties as assigned
