Before 3:30 PM:
Answer inbound calls with energy and empathy.
- Make outbound "Happy Calls" to check in, ask for reviews, and upsell tune-ups or memberships.
- Confirm next-day appointments and handle light follow-up on unsold work.
Dispatch technicians and communicate with field teams.
- Handle overflow/rollover calls when other offices close.
- Serve as the point person for anything urgent until close.
✅ 90%+ call answer rate during your shift
- ✅ 65%+ booking on service calls
- ✅ 10+ memberships or add-ons per month
- ✅ Board cleared or clean handoff by 8:00 PM
