Customer Service-Sales and Marketing

SUMMARY:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Provides customer service and resolves issues by offering solutions, explanations and options.
• Enters orders into the system and orders materials required to fulfill.
• Provides order confirmation to customer with estimated ship dates and method of delivery.
• Creates shipping memos and sends them to Quality Department.
• Completes accurate details in discrepancy log.
• Works with Sales team on getting correct and accurate information to ensure all orders are ready to be submitted.
• Investigates and resolves customer return material authorizations (RMA)
• Investigates and processes freight claims or provides customers with information to process their own claim.
• Acts as a team player in support of all organizational issues.
• Follows and embodies company core values.

General Accountabilities

• Provides customers' information about products or services, takes or enters orders, cancels accounts, or obtains details of complaints.
• Ensures full customer satisfaction and maintains a friendly, helpful demeanor.
• Identifies and prioritizes problems and issues related to service area.
• Maintains close contact with customers to give updates on progress toward resolution of issue or service request.
• Ensures that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.
• Refers unresolved customer issues to designated departments for further investigation.
• Processes applications, releases, cancellations, adjustments, changes, requests, fees, and other related paperwork.
• Keeps records of customer interactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
• Provide tracking information for outbound orders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
