Position Overview
We’re seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll represent nationally recognized brands inside a major retail store, assisting customers with product selections and service options. Your focus will be on providing outstanding customer support while driving sales through consultative conversations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Engage with shoppers to identify their needs and recommend suitable wireless or in-home services
- Educate customers about current promotions and service features
- Process sales, upgrades, and service changes using internal systems
- Achieve individual and team sales goals
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company promotions
- Adhere to all company guidelines and compliance standards
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience in customer service, retail, or sales is a plus—but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a high-traffic retail environment
- Ability to stand for long periods and interact face-to-face with customers
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
