Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints with effective solutions and follow-up actions.
• Maintain an accurate record of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Provide product information and support to assist customers in making informed decisions.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve escalating issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer issues.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software.

• Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
