Summary:
The Customer Service Specialist will provide assistance and support to customers, often acting as the primary point of contact for inquiries, orders, and other customer-related issues. Their primary responsibility is to ensure customer satisfaction by resolving problems, answering questions, providing information about products or services, escalating issues, expediting orders, and properly communicating the customer’s needs to internal stakeholders to ensure proper resolution.
Duties:
- Answering Customer Inquiries: promptly respond to customer questions about products, services, and pricing.
- Resolving Customer Complaints: address customer concerns, complaints, and issues, working to find satisfactory solutions.
- Providing Information: offer details about products, services, and other relevant information.
- Processing Orders and Payments: handle order placements, payments, and billing inquiries.
- Handling Returns and Exchanges: guide customers through the return or exchange process, issue and track RMAs.
- Maintaining Accurate Records: document customer interactions, including inquiries, solutions, and outcomes.
- Escalating Issues: refer complex or unresolved issues to supervisors or other internal stakeholders as needed.

Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
1-2 years minimum of relevant work experience in customer service, sales, order processing, or related field required. Experience in automotive/truck components and manufacturing processes preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
