The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented, and proactive Customer Service Representative to be the welcoming face and trusted point of contact for our clients. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, enjoys solving problems, and is energized by a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver top-tier customer service by responding to inquiries, policy questions, and service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Assist clients with billing, coverage changes, claims guidance, and documentation
- Maintain accurate records within our agency management systems
- Build trust with policyholders through consistent communication and follow-through
- Support the sales team by identifying opportunities for policy upgrades or additional coverage
- Help maintain compliance with internal and industry standards
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training to stay informed and contribute to agency success
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience preferred (insurance experience is a plus but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Coachable, dependable, and team-oriented
- Texas Insurance License (or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire)
