What You’ll Be Doing:
- Be the client point of contact from beginning to end, walking clients through first contact through contracting, scheduling of installation, and equipment rental
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Create and guide clients through custom estimates, contracts, timelines, and logistics
- Coordinate with our Flying Directors, Clients, and Shipping Companies to ensure swift service
- Maintain a basic understanding of our equipment, services, and safety protocols
- Coordinate small package, LTL, FTL, and international shipment for clients
- Schedule on-site work within client's and staff's schedules
- Communicate regularly with the client to confirm details including changes, questions or problems
- Utilize CRM software to organize all communication, process tracking, and paperwork
- Internal party and event planning (yahoo!!)
- Make suggestions and help with improvement of policies and processes
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- 1–2 years in a customer support or client-facing role (experience in live entertainment is a huge plus!)
- Clear, confident communicator with a flair for solving problems
- Able to juggle multiple requests while staying focused and organized
- Passionate about theatre, events, or performance production
- Familiar with basic technical terminology (or excited to learn!)
- CRM experience (HubSpot, etc.)
- Comfortable using computers and have experience with basic office software. Proficiency with internet navigation, email communication, and Microsoft Office tools—including Excel and Word—is essential. Familiarity with spreadsheets, data entry, and document formatting is a plus.
Bonus Points For (but definitely not required):
- Background in stage management, theatre tech, dance, choreography, teaching
- Knowledge of rigging, automation, or special effects
- Multilingual abilities (we work globally!)
- Super positive attitude and self-motivation!!
- Clever costume during first interview.

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
