We are seeking a Customer Service Trainer to join our team in Houston, TX. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging training programs to enhance the skills and performance of our customer service team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles.
Responsibilities
Develop and deliver customer service training programs, both in-person and virtual.
Assess team performance and identify skill gaps to tailor training content.
Create training materials, manuals, and presentations to support learning.
Conduct coaching sessions and provide feedback to customer service representatives.
Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, adjusting strategies as needed.
Collaborate with management to ensure training aligns with company goals and customer expectations.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Education, or related field preferred.
Proven experience in customer service and/or training roles.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate, coach, and develop others.
Proficiency in creating training materials and using modern training tools.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
