We are looking for a friendly and reliable Customer Service/Server to join our team at Dairy Queen in Land O' Lakes, FL. In this role, you will be the face of Dairy Queen, providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring their experience is enjoyable and memorable. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a positive and friendly attitude.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all special requests are noted.
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including wiping tables, restocking supplies, and ensuring the overall environment is welcoming.
- Assist customers with menu choices and answer any questions about our products.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process orders and payments accurately.
- Ensure all food items are prepared to Dairy Queen standards and served fresh.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or as a server in a fast-food or restaurant environment is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
