What You’ll Do:
- Assist customers with product selection, order placement, and post-purchase support.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls and emails related to accounts, product support, order fulfillment, and sales inquiries.
- Provide support for our proprietary web and desktop software.
- Process and track customer requests while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Support special projects as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Data entry and quality assurance experience.
- A friendly, professional demeanor and a passion for customer service.

Expected hours: 40 per week
