Key Responsibilities of the Customer Support Agent:
- Inform & educate consumers through direct engagements about our clients’ services and any eligible programs
- Work closely with the sales team and other Customer Support Agents to refine and implement sales strategies aimed at driving sales and improving customer service, aimed at improving customer retention
- Collaborate with the Customer Support Agent team to develop in-depth knowledge of clients’ products and services through comprehensive training and ongoing learning opportunities
- Educate customers about any changes or updates in client services and solutions
- Assist in developing and executing customer acquisition and sales lead-generation strategies
- Participate in daily meetings with senior leaders to discuss sales strategies, customer service goals, and leadership development opportunities
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
Qualifications and Requirements for the Customer Support Agent:
- 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or as a Customer Support Agent
- Professional, approachable, and personable attitude
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with customers and teammates in face-to-face settings
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- A passion for learning and developing skills in sales, customer service, and leadership
- Someone who can pick things up quickly and execute tasks efficiently with minimal supervision
- A tenacious problem-solver who enjoys working with people

Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
