Customer Service Associate / Cashier
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using cash registers or point-of-sale systems
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with precision and integrity
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring product levels
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers
Skills:
- Fluent in English, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers
- Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly checkout area and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic math skills to accurately calculate prices, discounts, and change for customers
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet customer needs in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of basic handle food skills (wear globes, apron and hair net).
- Proficient in cash handling procedures, including counting money, processing returns, and issuing receipts

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or cashier experience preferred but not required
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed
