What You'll Do
- Respond to inbound customer calls and emails with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to video and website products, collaborating with internal teams when needed
- Take ownership of special projects and initiatives as assigned by leadership
- Consistently deliver high-quality customer support while maintaining a positive customer experience
- Participate in a rotating schedule for weekend and on-call support coverage
