This Customer Support Specialist role offers the opportunity to develop your sales skills while working directly with customers to assess their auto glass needs, provide solutions, and ensure a smooth and efficient windshield replacement process.
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for interacting with customers in person, building relationships, and assisting them throughout their windshield replacement journey. The ideal Customer Support Specialist candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and eager to learn about the auto glass industry.
Customer Support Specialist Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in person to evaluate their windshield damage and offer personalized replacement options based on their specific needs.
- Guide customers through the entire windshield replacement process, helping them make informed decisions about the best products for their vehicles.
- Establish trust and rapport with customers by offering professional advice and ensuring a smooth, hassle-free experience.
- Deliver detailed, transparent pricing information and assist customers in understanding their insurance coverage for windshield replacements.
- Coordinate with other Customer Support Specialists to follow up on windshield replacements, ensuring they are done in a timely and efficient manner.
- Track and update customer information, following up to ensure satisfaction and resolving any concerns promptly.
Customer Support Specialist Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Previous experience as a Customer Support Specialist or related role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A customer-focused mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Willingness to collaborate with other team members, including sales, service, and operations, to ensure customer success.
- Must be adaptable to new changes and have the ability to manage time effectively.
