As a Roamer Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in upholding our commitment to creating raving fans among our Roamers by providing exceptional technical support and outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
Technical Support: Answer incoming phone calls and emails from Roamers seeking technical assistance. Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with their off-road trailers, providing clear and helpful guidance.
Problem Solving: Utilize your technical expertise to find solutions to various technical challenges that Roamers may encounter during their adventures.
Customer Service: Demonstrate excellent customer service skills and empathy while assisting Roamers with their inquiries. Ensure that each interaction reflects our dedication to the ROA CORE VALUES and leaves the Roamers feeling valued and supported.
In-Person Assistance: When necessary, meet with Roamers in person to explain technical aspects of their trailers and conduct walkthroughs to demonstrate how different components work.
Service Coordination: If a technical issue cannot be resolved remotely, assist Roamers in scheduling a convenient time to bring their trailers in for service by our technicians.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest features and technologies of our off-road trailers to provide accurate information to Roamers.
Requirements:
Technical Proficiency: A strong understanding of off-road trailers and their components is essential. Experience in the RV industry or a related field is advantageous.
Exceptional Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. You should be able to explain technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience is required. Demonstrated ability to handle customer inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
Problem-Solving Skills: Possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding people skills to build rapport with Roamers and provide support during their RV journey.
Flexibility: The ability to adapt and assist in various situations, including handling different technical inquiries and conducting in-person walkthroughs.
Passion for Adventure: A shared enthusiasm for outdoor adventures and off-road camping experiences is a plus.
