We're hiring motivated, competitive individuals to join our door-to-door solar sales team. This is a relocation-based opportunity, where you'll travel with a top-performing sales crew to the most profitable solar markets in the country — currently focused in Pittsburgh, PA.
Each signed deal earns an average of $3,000 commission, with upfront pay upon contract signing and average install times of just 23 days. This is a fast-paced, results-driven environment where top performers consistently earn $100K+ during the summer season.
You’ll be trained and mentored by some of the most successful solar salespeople in the industry. We offer hands-on coaching, daily team support, and a culture built around performance, integrity, and growth.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Knock residential doors daily (6 days/week), engaging homeowners in targeted markets
- Explain the financial and environmental benefits of going solar
- Close deals and submit signed contracts for immediate pay
- Travel and work alongside a high-performance, team-oriented sales force
