We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Clerk to join our team. The Data Clerk will be responsible for managing, processing, and maintaining data in our systems to ensure accuracy and integrity. This role is critical in supporting various departments by providing timely and precise data entry and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Accurately enter and update data into databases and spreadsheets.
• Verify and validate data for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain organized records and files for easy retrieval of information.
• Assist in generating reports and summaries based on collected data.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve data discrepancies and issues.
• Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
• Perform regular data quality checks and assist in data cleansing efforts.
• Support other administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• 
  High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in data management is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Data Clerk or in a similar data entry role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and data management software.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
