About the Role
The Data Entry / Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, formatting, and verifying data collected by our Project Coordinators, as well as datasets provided by pharmacy leadership. Accuracy, efficiency, and strong analytical skills are critical in valuing on-hand stock during pharmaceutical inventory events.
Key Responsibilities
- Format, analyze, and verify large datasets (40,000–200,000+ lines)
- Use Excel formulas, functions (VLOOKUP, etc.), and some VBA to manage and process data
- Conduct thorough analysis of clients’ inventory information for accurate valuation
- Create and update datasets as needed
- Develop reports using Excel and other tools
- Communicate professionally with pharmacy and hospital leadership via email and in person
- Travel occasionally (up to 25%) to client sites for inventory events
Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience in data analysis, data entry, or a related field
- Advanced Excel skills (formulas/functions; VBA a plus but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
- Ability to interpret and verify data from multiple formats
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including email etiquette
- Pharmacy knowledge preferred; CPHT certification a plus

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
