Responsibilities
- Input and maintain data in various databases and systems with a high degree of accuracy.
- Perform order entry tasks, ensuring that all orders are processed correctly and promptly.
- Collect and organize data from multiple sources for reporting purposes.
- Assist with clerical and administrative tasks as needed to support team operations.
- Utilize Excel and other software tools to manage data effectively.
- Ensure data integrity by regularly reviewing and updating records as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve efficiency.
Skills
- Proficient in basic math skills for accurate data handling.
- Strong clerical and administrative skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with order entry processes is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with database management systems.
- Ability to collect, organize, and analyze data effectively.
- Strong typing skills with a focus on accuracy and speed.
