Responsibilities

- Utilize Excel for data management, including creating and managing pivot tables.
- Maintain organized records and files for easy retrieval of information.
- Assist with clerical tasks as needed, including filing and document preparation.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in data entries promptly.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in basic math skills to ensure accuracy in data handling.
- Previous experience in an office environment preferred.
- Familiarity with data entry processes and best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including knowledge of pivot tables.
- Ability to transcribe information accurately and efficiently.

Pay: $21.27 - $23.60 per hour
