Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining data within our systems and databases. This role requires a high level of accuracy and efficiency in managing data collection and administrative tasks to support our operations.

Duties
- Accurately enter and update data into various databases and systems.
- Perform data collection tasks to ensure the integrity of information.
- Maintain organized records and files for easy retrieval of information.
- Conduct regular audits of data to identify discrepancies or errors.
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and document management.
- Utilize office software effectively to enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes and systems.
Requirements
- Quick Books Certified or Well Versed in the Quick books interface
- Proficiency in computer systems and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles is preferred.
- Basic math skills for handling numerical data accurately.
- Familiarity with databases and data management systems is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
