We are looking to hire an additional optician for our family owned Optometry practice. We are not corporate, VSP owned, or venture capital owned. A data optician's primary focus are but not limited to: ordering lenses, billing insurance, phone calls, interpreting glasses prescriptions, and analyzing glasses.
Additional Information:
- Experience in an Optometry or Ophthalmology practice is required.
- Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Must demonstrate proficiency with PC systems and basic applications
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Detail orientated and organized
- Ability to work independently and/or part of a team
- Ability to multi-task - Friendly, enthusiastic, motivated
- Willing to provide customer services beyond expectation
