Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data within our systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and readily accessible. Duties
- Input and update data into databases and spreadsheets with precision.
- Perform order entry tasks, ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
- Conduct research for data collection as needed to support various projects.
- Utilize Excel and other office software to organize and analyze data effectively.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies.
- Assist with administrative tasks as required, contributing to the overall efficiency of the office.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes and improve workflows.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is essential.
- Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Familiarity with database management systems is preferred.
- Basic math skills to perform calculations as necessary for data verification.
- Previous experience in an administrative or data entry role is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
