Overview:
We are seeking a Data Governance Analyst to support our client on a project basis. Our client is a leading multinational financial institution, recognized for its global banking services and investment expertise. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in data governance frameworks, regulatory compliance, and risk management. This hybrid role requires onsite presence in Irving, Texas for three days per week.
Responsibilities:
- Candidates will collaborate with end users to define and integrate processes that align with the enterprise Data Governance roadmap, Data Risk and Control framework, and taxonomy.
- The Analyst will track and report on governance metrics, assessing Data Governance adoption and maturity.
- Ensure that business processes, functions, and lines of business remain aligned with the Enterprise Data Governance Policy and standards, meeting all specified requirements.
- Driving data lineage mapping and traceability while designating solutions to ensure data integrity, implementing data quality rules for accuracy and compliance, and applying database concepts alongside SDLC best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, computer science, or other related fields.
- 5+ years of relevant financial services experience.
- Qualified applicants must reside in the continental U.S.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
