We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Data Organizer / Data Entry & CRM Specialist to manage and organize our business data across multiple platforms. This role will focus on data entry, CRM maintenance, and ensuring that contact and customer information is seamlessly synchronized with our marketing tools and social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities
· Organize and input customer and lead data into our CRM system with precision and consistency.
· Maintain data accuracy by routinely cleaning and updating records.
· Cross-reference and match contact data from different sources, including spreadsheets, email lists, and social media platforms.
· Synchronize CRM contacts with social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
· Segment and tag contacts to improve marketing and outreach efforts.
· Generate reports on data status, accuracy, and engagement results.
· Ensure all data handling complies with privacy regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
· Proven experience in data entry, CRM management, or a related role.
· Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar.
· Comfortable using social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite).
· Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and basic database functions.
· Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
· Bonus: Experience working with APIs, Zapier, or other automation tools.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Weekends as needed
