- Developing and maintaining processes to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align data governance and management strategies with business objectives.
- Coordinating training and developing documentation to support data-driven initiatives.
- Establishing and managing timelines and milestones for projects/releases while keeping stakeholders informed and engaged
- Identifying risks and roadblocks, and escalating issues when necessary for successful project/release delivery
- Facilitating regular status meetings and providing updates to stakeholders on progress, risks, and issues
- Documenting workflow processes and best practices within the MAO organization, sharing knowledge and expertise across teams, and contributing to organizational learning and development
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Management, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or related fields.
- Proven experience in managing data governance programs and ensuring data quality and integrity.
- Project management skills with a track record of managing complex data workflows and systems.
- Strategic and tactical technical communication and collaboration skills, with experience working effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in implementing data management processes and tools to enhance data transparency and discoverability.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making in a work environment.
- Experience with data workflow optimization and automated monitoring initiatives
US$94,000/year to US$136,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
