The Mill Lakeside Manor in Spring Lake Heights, NJ is seeking a passionate and experienced individual to join our dynamic team of service professionals. This elegant, waterfront, one-wedding-at-a-time venue offers a unique opportunity to be part of unforgettable celebrations.

This is a challenging and rewarding position with tremendous potential for the right person. We hire for attitude first, but experience in the wedding industry and managing others is required. A great personality and excellent guest relationship skills are a must. Sales or catering knowledge is a plus.
The Day of Coordinator is responsible for the planning, organization, and flawless execution of each wedding. We blend Ritz-Carlton service with Walt Disney-level showmanship to deliver world-class experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a dynamic service team to deliver exceptional wedding experiences
- Hire, train, and supervise banquet staff
- Assure total guest satisfaction from start to finish
- Implement and uphold service policies and procedures
- Oversee service and beverage operations during events
- Back up the sales team as needed
- Foster strong relationships with couples, families, vendors, and staff
- Observe, coach, and provide feedback to promote continuous improvement
